DAY 2: Saturday, October 19

Morning: Walking Tour of Bologna, Italy’s culinary capital. Learn about the city's culinary history and culture. Food Tasting at the Quadrilatero market area
Afternoon: Enjoy the rest of the day shopping and relaxing and/or exploring Bologna on your own.

Continue Bologna City Tour with local guide. This is the perfect tour for those interested in learning more about the history of the city. Tour will include the Basilica of San Petronio, the Two Towers and Santo Stefano.

DAY 3: Sunday, October 20
Bologna / Ravenna / Bologna
Morning: At leisure in Bologna.
Afternoon: Departure from Bologna to Ravenna. Walking Tour of Ravenna which was once the capital of the Western Roman Empire, later the capital of the Kingdom of the Ostrogoths and then one of the privileged provinces of the Byzantine Empire. Its buildings preserve superb mosaic works and they mark the glorious past of Ravenna, eight of them have been inscribed in the UNESCO World Heritage List since December 1996. Tour will include visits to the Basilica of Sant’ Appolinare Nuovo, the Basilica of San Vitale and the Mausoleum of Galia Placidia.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant.
DAY 4: Monday, October 21
Bologna / Modena
Morning: Departure to Modena with en-route visit to the Ferrari Museum in Maranello. Walking tour of the museum with Ferrari guide.
Afternoon: Continue to Modena and check-in for 3 nights at your four-star hotel. Walking tour of Modena with local guide. Lunch at acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura’s Il Cavallino restaurant.
Evening: Private dinner at the residence of Giovanna's good friend, a renowned Italian designer’s creative and luxurious atelier in Modena.
DAY 5: Tuesday, October 22
Modena
Morning: Departure for Spilamberto. Visit to a local organic Parmigiano-Reggiano producer. Late morning departure for a local Acetaia, a top producer of balsamic vinegar.
Afternoon: Lunch at the Acetaia and return to Modena.
Evening: Dinner on your own.
DAY 6: Wednesday, October 23
Modena / Parma / Modena
Morning: Departure to Polesine Parmense next to the Po' River. Visit the ancient 14th century farmhouse, a hidden gem with a rich history. We will visit the farm with its famed cellars, where thousands of culatelli di Zibello (the world’s best prosciutto hams) are left to age.
Afternoon: For lunch we will savor the delights produced at the Polesine farm. After lunch, departure for Parma. Walking tour of Parma Center with local guide and then return to Modena.
Evening: Dinner on your own.
DAY 7: Thursday, October 24
Modena / Verona
Morning: Departure to Lake Garda. We will meet our local guide in the town of Peschiera del Garda.
Afternoon: Lunch in a restaurant located on the shore of Lake Garda. After lunch we will attend an olive oil tasting.
Late afternoon: Check-in for 3 nights at a luxury hotel in the heart of Verona. Orientation Walk of Verona.
Evening: Dinner at a local restaurant.
DAY 8: Friday, October 25
Verona
Morning: Walking tour of Verona and its main sights including the famous Arena. Optional visit to Giardino Giusti, Verona’s beautiful historic garden and a hidden gem.
Afternoon: Time at leisure. Explore Verona on your own.
Evening: Dinner on your own.
DAY 9: Saturday, October 26
Verona
Morning: Optional fun and relaxed hands-on pasta making class in an exclusive culinary studio in Verona.
Afternoon: The group will reunite for a wonderful lunch prepared by the class. Enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.
Evening: Farewell dinner at a Michelin starred restaurant.
DAY 10: Sunday, October 27
End of Tour
Private transfer to the Verona, Venice or Milan airport.
