Giovanna Chiti

Giovanna Chiti started her travel industry career in her hometown of Milan, Italy in the mid 80's. Giovanna relocated to the United States, and in Chicago she continued as a travel consultant with emphasis on international travel, specifically Italy.  In 1997 she co-founded, and later became the President of Caravella Italia, a tour operator that specialized in small upscale group tours of Italy, headquartered in Philadelphia with an operations office in Bologna, Italy.  She excelled in organizing high quality tours for both custom and pre-planned itineraries to the Amalfi Coast, Tuscany and Umbria, as well as major cities such as Rome, Florence and Venice. 

As the founder of  , Giovanna Chiti is now acting as a consultant to individuals, couples and families creating quality one-of-a-kind vacations. 

She has valuable insight and essential listening skills which allows her to fully connect with her clients  and understand their needs, interests and budget. To create authentic travel experiences Giovanna relies on the assistance of a top-notch network of Italian providers. On a personal note, Giovanna is the proud mother of three boys.  Her happiest moments are those spent sharing her love for Italy with her sons.  Each summer they spend time together in the Marches region on the Adriatic Sea.  She travels extensively with them so they too can experience the beauty of her country.
